Blower & Fan Housing Assembly Systems

TruCut Machine Systems also designs blower and fan housing assembly equipment engineered for consistent, high-quality output in mixed-model HVAC production environments.

Each system is built around your product mix, production rates, and floor-space requirements—combining manual loading and unloading with a controlled, automatic assembly cycle to ensure repeatable results with minimal operator intervention.

System features include:

  • Support for three-piece housing assemblies (two scrolls and one wrapper)
  • Welded or mechanically crimped joint configurations
  • Accommodation of multiple housing sizes on a single machine
  • Rapid changeovers to support mixed-model production
